Stacey Moran

I am Assistant Professor of Media and Technology Studies in the School of Arts Media and Engineering and the English Department at Arizona State University (ASU). SLSA has played a crucial role in my academic career. When I was a graduate student, the society mentored me which led me to getting a tenure-track position. I've been a member of SLSA for a number of years and this past year I co-organized our meeting at ASU (October 2023). Organizing the conference was a very rewarding experience and it made me realize that I would like to continue to serve the community in the years to come.
